It offers unconventional 30 min group workouts that will fit any busy schedule. These functional workouts are short, yet intense and combine bodyweight training with exercises with kettlebells and sandbags. All fitness levels are welcome!
REPORT is a full body functional training program based on the principles of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). It combines elements of strength and cardio conditioning and has proven to be the most effective workout for weight loss and muscle tone requiring significantly less time than traditional steady pace training. Only 30 minutes long, this workout will push you to your limits and bring you incredible results.
The program is designed for all fitness levels and requires no previous fitness experience.
